The following equipment will be found in the chemistry locker assigned to you. Check over each piece of apparatus carefully to see that nothing is cracked, chipped, broken, or missing. At the end of the quarter, all items listed here must be in your locker in a clean, dry condition. Broken and missing items must be replaced before returning the equipment at the end of the quarter. If the desk is not checked out at the proper time, grades will be held. Take good care of your equipment. Make sure that it is clean at all times. Additional supplies and equipment over and above that listed on this sheet can be obtained from the stockroom. Give this list to the teaching assistant for use in checking your locker. Lab fees are paid at the bookstore. Proof of payment of lab fees must be submitted prior to the second week of labs. Everyone must check out at the end of the quarter or when dropping the lab.
