About:

Undergraduate research assistant (Fall 1999 - Spring 2001)
Currently: Student at Medical School, Washington University, St. Louis.

I am from Idaho and I decided to come to Utah State because my family is close and the people are friendly. I have enjoyed my time at Utah State. I will finish my undergraduate degree this spring.(Nate finished his degree in 2001) My research is in aluminum clusters (nonstoichiometric and jellium model). My wife and I had a baby boy, Riley, in June (2000). Life has changed a lot since then. I enjoy volleyball, ultimate frisbee, mountain biking, and reading. Working here has enabled me to expand my experience as an undergraduate student. I have been able to see the workings of research and gain a more in depth view of the principles of chemistry.
